Madeline Madland Resume

Reflection

My resume is laid out in sections that are clear that state what my skills are, work experiences and education that I have. My dad helped me put it together when I was applying for my first job. At the time he was working a job where he was doing a lot of hiring, so he helped me put my resume together in a way that an employer would want to see everything laid out, and how he would like to see resumes that land on his desk.

I think it is probably in need of some updating, I think it was a good set up for what it was needed for in getting jobs throughout high school and university. But now that I will be applying for my career it probably needs to be revamped with a focus more on teaching and why I will be the best teacher candidate for the jobs I apply for.
